Before Ordering

On every product we include an estimated delivery time. This is usually 1-2 working days or 2-5 working days depending on the warehouse where the goods are located. Delivery times are based on UK Mainland postcodes and exclude Northern Scotland and Highlands and all UK Islands. Please see our delivery information for further details.

There is an option when placing your order online to deliver to a different address. Please complete your billing address details first and then select “Change” under Delivery address to specify an alternative delivery. You can find more detailed instructions on how to do this by viewing our guide.

We do not have the facility available for customer collections at this time. As different stock is stored in different warehouses all orders are all shipped out via courier.

All delivery costs for mainland UK are calculated in the shopping basket for ease. We have a flat rate charge for deliveries in a single consignment of £12 inc VAT. This applies to orders under £240.00 inc VAT. Orders over this value are usually free. Certain items incur a small additional delivery charge and there are other exemptions and special circumstances that may change this. We currently only deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. Unfortunately, at the current time, we are unable to ship goods to Northern Ireland, Europe or the rest of the world. If this changes, full details will be posted in our delivery information pages.

We use a variety of different couriers depending on the warehouse the order is sent from and the products included in the order. Most goods are booked out on a next working day service. This usually means that the goods are delivered the next working day if ordered before the cut-off time, but please allow an extra day when ordering just in case.

We try to be as transparent as possible with the delivery costs. Sometimes certain delivery regions or products will incur extra delivery costs and surcharges. Most of this is already set up on our website ordering platform, but if there is anything extra, we will always notify you by email prior to shipping.

As most of our goods have to be handled manually by the couriers, we do not get the options of ‘timed’ or ‘named day’ services. We do have the option to send goods to a different delivery address at checkout, so you can always send the order to an alternative address if there isn’t going to be anyone available to take the delivery.

After Ordering

Normally the courier will notify you directly about the delivery. In most cases they will inform you via email or text message. If you haven’t received any delivery details through and it has been 48 hours after placing the order, please let us know and we will request and send the full tracking details to you via email.

Although it may be possible to fit some tyres yourself, we would always recommend using a tyre fitting professional to ensure you and the tyre do not get damaged in the process!

It is an industry practice for manufacturers to compress the tyres prior to shipping. This is designed to reduce the space needed to both ship and store the goods prior to sale. This is perfectly normal and the tyres will regain their shape once fitted and used. If you are struggling you can view our guide on re-shaping compressed tyres.

Sometimes goods are stored in different warehouses and your order may have been shipped separately. If this is the case, please check your dispatch email notifications as it should show exactly what items have been included in the shipment. If only part of your order has been delivered, please use our delivery form to notify us as soon as possible and we will check the status of the order with the courier.

We do try our best to get the right goods to you first time. If you have not received the goods you ordered. Please don’t worry, just let us know and we will get it all resolved for you as quickly as possible.

We do state a delivery time on each and every product on the website. If you have gone past the period when you expected the delivery, please complete our delivery form and we raise a query with the courier for you.

Most of our couriers have a ‘One Attempt’ policy. This means that if they attempt delivery and there is nobody in to receive the order, the goods will be returned to the delivery depot. You will be left a calling card with details on how to re-arrange delivery or arrange collection of the goods from the courier depot.
