We automatically send an email confirmation with every order. This is sent to the address provided when placing the order. Sometimes this does end up being delivered to junk mail, so please check both your email inbox and junk mail folders!

We do not offer a collection service, all orders are shipped via courier

All delivery time estimates are quoted on each product for ease. Most are 1-2 working days delivery. Some products may take a little longer and are usually indicated as 2-5 working day delivery.

In most cases we are unable to change an order after it has been placed, but please either contact us via email or live chat for a definitive answer, as we may be able to help

We send a copy of the VAT invoice with every order confirmation. Please check your inbox and junk mail folders first but if you still cant find it, please use the copy invoice request form to arrange for a copy to be emailed to you.

Please use to return request form and indicate which items you wish to return. We will then send you details of where to send the goods for a refund.

Unfortunately, we do not sell any wheels, rims or hubs. We suggest contacting the vehicle or machinery manufacturer for replacements to ensure a precise fitment

We usually ask the courier to update you via email or SMS text message, depending on the courier. In certain circumstances this may not be possible or you may not receive it, so please use the tracking request form.

Although it may be possible to fit some tyres yourself, we would always recommend using a tyre fitting professional

Unfortunately, our courier services are unable to deliver directly to either Northern Ireland or Scottish Islands. In most cases, we can send goods directly to freight forwarding companies on the mainland if you already have that facility in place.
